Our Heavenly Father, we approach you with deeply grateful hearts for everything that you are and everything you have done for us. We praise your great Name and your wonderful qualities. We praise also your Son and our Redeemer, Jesus.

On Sunday evening we will be remembering in a special way all that  You and Your Son did for us, when He came to the earth and willingly gave His life and blood so that we may have the opportunity to be reconciled with You.

Never may we take for granted all that His sacrifice means for us. Many of us are struggling or have struggled with the meaning of the New Covenant and the partaking of the emblems, please open our minds and hearts so that we may understand fully the great love that You through Jesus have shown for us.

Although many of us can not be physically present with our brothers and sisters when we partake, we are together and united in spirit. May we all be united as in one body with our Lord Jesus as the head.

We humbly make this petition to you through the name of our King and Savior Jesus,

Amen

That also moved me very much, thank you for that brother.

It is good to know that we as Christians can be a little bit different in our understanding of things, yet still be fitly united in the love for our God and Heavenly Father, and united with his Son Jesus, our redeemer and head of the Christian congregation.

We are all looking forward to the blessings of the Kingdom are we not?
The one we continually pray for to come and rectify things on this planet and teach it’s inhabitants how to benefit themselves.

Yes. We refer here to 1 Co 1.10: “Now I exhort you, brothers, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you should all speak in agreement, and that there should not be divisions among you, but that you may be FITLY UNITED in the same mind and in the same line of thought.” Thank you for your lead here Andrew. And thank you FutureMan.

    • DanielB says:

Hi Serene. I have the suitable wine and whole wheat flour at home too, for this evening. In awhile, I plan to bake the flat bread. Tonight, someone may pick me up, so that I will attend at a KH. I would love seeing if there are any partakers there, and if so, be in association with them; limited as this may be. I live alone, so when I return, I will have things ready for my own prayers and celebration. I think things will work out fine.

No need to feel very odd at home, for you tonight. Relax, and enjoy. And keep the command. Our will bless you.
